Please note that our chocolates are packed with insulated paper, but they are shipped via USPS in a regular box without ice packs. We do our best to prepare them for shipping, but we have no control over delivery conditions or temperatures during transit.

If you're ordering during warmer weather, please take this into consideration. Once your chocolates arrive, place them in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour so they can return to their normal texture
