Sugarly Sweets – Return, Refund & Allergy Policy
1. Edible Product Policy – No Returns
All of our items are edible products.
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any candy products once they have left our facility.
2. Reporting an Issue (3-Day Window)
If there is any problem with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.
Please email us at info.sugarly@gmail.com with:
- your order number
- a clear description of the issue
- photos, if applicable
If we made a mistake with your order (wrong item, missing item, or significant quality issue):
- we will gladly correct it, and
-
if needed, we will either
issue a refund or send the correct item at no extra cost
Reports made after 3 days will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Because candy is perishable and cannot be returned or restocked, all candy sales are final.
Refunds will only be issued if:
- we made an error with your order, and
- you notify us within the 3-day reporting window
4. Allergy Notice – Please Read Before Purchasing
We take allergies seriously, and we want our customers to stay safe.
Please read this section carefully before buying:
4.1 Ingredient Transparency
- All individual Swedish candies on our website include ingredient lists whenever they are available from the manufacturer.
- Mix Bags do NOT include ingredient lists because the mix changes constantly and may contain a wide variety of rotating items.
4.2 Mix Bags and Allergies
If you have any allergy (food, dye, gluten, nuts, citrus, etc.):
👉 Please do NOT purchase our Mix Bags.
We cannot guarantee what flavors or ingredients may appear in a mix at any given time.
4.3 Ask Before You Buy
If you have allergies and want to purchase individual candies that do not list ingredients:
- You may message us on Instagram or email us
- We will do our best to help clarify ingredients based on manufacturer information
However:
👉 Final responsibility lies with the customer.
If you proceed with a purchase despite having allergies, this is your responsibility, as we cannot guarantee safety across all rotating products.
5. Cross-Contamination Disclaimer
All candies are stored, handled, and packed in the same facility, and therefore:
- may come in contact with peanuts
- tree nuts
- soy
- wheat
- gluten
- dairy
- eggs
- food dyes
- and/or other allergens
We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from traces of allergens.
6. Shipping & Delivery Issues
If your package arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, please contact us within 3 days with photos so we can assist.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Sugarly Sweets is not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Packages marked as “delivered” but not received
